This last week was super eventful! We went to the Houston livestock
show and rodeo and watched Alabama perform. We also went to Austin for a
business trip and stayed at a fancy resort then went camping with Ben
Childs and his girls Maddie and Gabbi!
It was beautiful. A
perfect 75 degrees, crisp air, clear water in the lake with birds and
new spring flowers, green grass and we even saw some white tailed deer!
We went on a hike Saturday morning and the little girls were troopers!
They followed their uncle Nathan everywhere, even when he scaled huge
rock faces and ripped his shorts to shreds. Nathan also had to jimmy rig
out tent with his slack line since we didn't have all the poles, and we
used a dutch oven for the first time and it turned out delish!
